Our Coommitment to Our Staff

Even though we're just a small seasonal mountain restaurant, one of our core values is ensuring that our staff are able to live their best lives locally, right here in the Fraser Valley. One of the key ways we do that is to offer predictable competitive wages and bonuses, which enable our staff to plan for their expenses.

 

To help us achieve this goal, we have instituted a 17% "service fee" on all food and beverage purchases. This fee is meant to replace tipping at Goodys, and allows us to provide higher base wages and better benefits to our employees. We do allow employees to accept additional tips, but we do not expect customers to tip on top of this fee.

We pride ourselves on cooking from scratch every day, using only whole, natural ingredients that are additive-free - and that includes no hormones in our meat!

People describe our food in various ways:  Street food, comfort food, mountain food, etc... but our aim is always to serve great tasting food, authentic to its roots.

Our chefs, cooks, bakers and baristas are chosen for their passion about what they do, and we hope it shows when you eat with us.
